Pat started his career as an Attorney at Farrell Fritz. Outside of his work in finance, Pat serves as Board Trustee for The Partnership for Inner-City Education, Founding Member of the Boston College Wall Street Council, and former Board Member of the New York City Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Fund. Pat also served as the Global Product Sales Manager for OTC derivatives and ISDA board member at Salomon. While at Salomon Brothers, Pat led several key initiatives, including the development and relocation of the interest rate swap business from corporate finance to sales and trading, and leadership of Salomon’s high yield sales unit, which achieved the top position in the market under his tenure. Prior to founding Brigade, Pat served for 24 years as a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers, Salomon Smith Barney and Citigroup. Pat is a Senior Advisor at Brigade Capital Management, an alternative investment management firm that he founded and led as President and CEO. Pat Kelly currently serves on the Board of Directors of Strongpoint Partners.
